In 1987， the chairman & general manager of Jiamei Group took over the former enterprise---Baomei Ceramic Factory，which run into heavy debt and was on the verge of Bankruptcy.
In 1991，the fixed capital of Jiamei ceramic factory was increased from two hundred thirty seven thousand in 1987 to more than 3 million，making profit of near 10 million.
In 1992，Jiamei Ceramic Stock Co.,Ltd was established and became the first joint-equity enterprise in Denghua County.
In 1992，JiaQinglin，the former Fujian Provincial Governor，visited and guided Jiame Ceramic Factory.
In August 1993，Jiamei Group which integrates production，processing，transaction，trade and technology as a whole was established.
In December 1993，JIamei Group was approved by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation to obtain the rights of import & export.
In 1994，Jiamei Group invested 4 million yuan to establish Fujian Dehua Jiamei Color Printing Packing Factory.
In 1995，Jiamei Group invested 10 million to build Jiamei Group XiaMen office to expand international market.
In 1995，Jiamei Group invested 3 million to build fleet transportation.
In 1996，Jiamei Group invested 10 million yuan to purchase a cardboard factory and stone slab factory to expand the production scale of Jiamei Color Printing Packing factory.
In April 1997， Jiamei was awarded as “ Model Technology innovation enterprise” by People’s Government of Quanzhou.
In August 1997，Jiamei was awarded as “100 key enterprises in Fujian Province”by Fujian provincial government.
In August 1997，Jiamei Group built party branch.
In 1997，Jiamei Group invested 8 million yuan to purchase Baomei Ceramic Facotory to expand the production scale of craft ceramics and 5 million yuan to change working environment.
In 1998，Jiamei Group invested 15 million yuan to build factory of 21，000 square meters.
In April 1998，Jiamei was awarded as ““model taxpayer” by United Front Work Department of Fujian Provincial Committee, Fujian Provincial State Tax Bureau, Fujian Provincial Local Tax Bureau.
In June 1998，Jiamei was awarded as “1995-1997 township advanced exporting enterprise” by the Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.
In June 1998，Jiamei was awarded as “ China township advanced exporting enterprise” by the Ministry of Agriculture and Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation.
In July 1998，Jiamei was awarded as “Excellent corporate patent”by Fujian Provincial Patent office.
In November 1998，Jiamei was awarded as “Top 100 Star Enterprise”by the selection committee of Fujian Provincial Star Township enterprise.
