Ⅱ.We organize all the staffs to learn ISO quality management system to ensure product quality and improve our competitiveness in international market. Meanwhile ，we open WTO and ISO quality system training courses to improve our competitiveness in international market. Ⅲ.Each year our company set aside more than 100 million yuan for trade union activities. In recent years our staffs have advanced more than 1000 reasonable proposals，among which 300 proposals have been adopted and create economic returns of more than 100 million.
