We conduct education and skills training on new employees in the following aspects:company introduction,factory rules and regulations,principles and objectives, fire safety, labor laws and regulations, related equipment performance, operational procedures, safety cautions,technical requirements and emergency measures. ⅱ.Special skills training. We conduct special training on special type of work,such as electrician,color mixing mechanic,quality inspector quality control,internal auditor,etc. ⅲ.Job-transfer training. Each year our company will make specialized training program according to different positions,corporate development,product improvement and innovation. Make comprehensive arrangement of training time,promote employees to keep abreast of new technologies and skills and optimize internal job structure. Ⅱ.We organize all the staffs to learn ISO quality management system to ensure product quality and improve our competitiveness in international market. Meanwhile ,we open WTO and ISO quality system training courses to improve our competitiveness in international market. Ⅲ.Each year our company set aside more than 100 million yuan for trade union activities. In recent years our staffs have advanced more than 1000 reasonable proposals,among which 300 proposals have been adopted and create economic returns of more than 100 million. Our company is very concerned about the livelihood of employees, paying full amount insurance of retirement,medical,employment injury and personal accident for employees every year. In the past few years,we have paid a total of 80 million subsidy for destitute worker. Our company attaches great importance to talents.
