To enrich and perfect modern enterprise management theory and business philosophy，establish vertical division of Labor within the group，Jiamei Group employ modern tools to transform traditional industries and resources to build core competence in enterprise. We plan to achieve annual turnover of 1.2 billion by 2015, self-export value 80 million U.S. dollars and strive to become the largest arts&crafts ceramics enterprise in China.

二、Project Planning of R&D Center

Jiamei Group has invested a huge sum of money in the development and construction of Xiamen Haicang district. It took over land of 70 thousand square meters to build Jiamei R&D center， which was built into technologhy center，information center，market center，settlement center，financial center，logistics allotment center，demonstration center and personnel training center. The whole building cover an area of 50 thousand square meters and greening rate 40%，which is garden style R&D of Jiamei Group.

In the future Jiamei Group will open a road of development unique to its situation and market demand.
